Otherwise you can get one on Amazon or another bookstore. You don't need the most recent edition... getting one that's one or two years old can save you a bunch money. We will have new books this year for you to scan out, but it's crucial that you DON'T write in them!

There is a support group for people with eating disorders called ANAD- The National Association of Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders. Their website has resources on eating disorders.
